My daughter and I were shopping for her 8th grade semi-formal and went to The White Pear as a recommendation by a co-worker. I was a little leary going to a “formal dress shop” for my 13 year old but I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in the door, asked what the occasion was, asked if we were looking for a long or a short dress and then shown options in my daughter’s size range. We were able to select a few dresses to try on and walked out with my daughter’s first choice. Easiest dress shopping experience in my life especially when it comes to a picky teenage girl.
